Utilize our free helpdesk and knowledge-base first before deciding on paying for phone support. Most issues can be solved through email and by reading our knowledge-base articles.

Note: If you are having an issue with licensing, or a Mach4 Industrial customer, you are not required to pay for phone support. We will get you up and running for free.
Also note that before paying for phone support, make sure you have prior knowledge of your machine before we call you on your preferred scheduled time. Some things you ought to know include: pin assignments, pin mapping, machine configuration/settings. If you do not know this information, we will help you figure it out, with the exception of pins and wiring. We don't have the ability to assist you with wiring issues. It is understood that helping you determine these settings will count towards the time you purchased, and may not leave much room to troubleshoot the actual issue you are having. This could result in an additional purchase of time and thus, an additional rescheduling of a time to call. A refund will unfortunately not be granted in this situation.
By purchasing phone support, we must take the time to schedule a phone call to ensure the best possible support. Purchasing phone support does not guarantee an immediate call.
